I’m In Love With Music.

This weekend was phenominal. The wifey and I went to New Orleans for the Essence Music Festival. It was fantastic. The line-up included everyone from Jill Scott to Charlie Wilson. The concert sound was amazing, the crowds were well behaved, and New Orleans was well……..New Orleans.

The interesting thing about this music is that in many ways it has become the soundtrack to our relationship. The music that is now classic, is music that was fresh in the late eighties and early nineties. It’s altogether very cool.
